Note:
1. All analysis is made in normal specification ranges. Special request can be executed only if it is mentioned in the special instruction column of application form of the instrument.
2. TGA, DSC instruments are operated on hour basis. Extra charges Rs.100/-, 200/- 300/- for Educational Institute, National Laboratory, Industry will be applicable respectively.
3. Service tax @12.36% is applicable extra and it is 5% for Educational Institution.
4. Samples will be analyzed once in a week and it depends on accumulation of sample at DEE.
5. Student/Employee is requested to see the make, model, specification and working condition of the instruments before apply.
6. Student/Employee is requested to submit the nature of the sample preparation along with application form.
7. Student/Employee is requested to bring clean sample of minimum quantity with proper order and labeling.
8. Application form should be submitted offline along with DD in favor of The Director, NIT Trichy payable at Tiruchirappalli to Head DEE. The sample will be processed subject to submission & approval of payment by concerned.
9. Complaints regarding the measurements can be given to Head, DEE.
10. Any special help other than routine measurements will be treated only as consultancy service. Servicing and training for both operation and maintenance of analytical instruments will also be undertaken on specific requirements on request.
