RF CMOS IC Design laboratory was Established in the Year 2015 by Dr.M.Bhaskar. The research lab has facility to do the design, analysis and GDS II generation of RF transceivers for 4G, 5G and 6G applications. The design and analysis of LNA, Power Amplifiers, Mixers, Filters, On-chip LNA, On-chip antennas, Package antennas are carried out by MS, M.Tech. and PhD scholars.
