Dr. B. Senthil Arasu, basically an Electronics and Communication Engineer completed his master’s in Business Administration and then his doctorate in the area of stock price behavior. Has a total experience of twenty-four years, of which a considerable period of time was spent in the industry. Worked as an equity research analyst and then switched to academics. He has a rich academics experience, currently working as a Professor at National Institute of Technology, Trichy. Offering a variety of electives like Business analysis and IT consulting in Capital Market, Financial Risk Analytics, and Personal Finance, etc. he also held the post of Associate Dean (Institute Development). All along with his academic career, he has been very much interested in offering consultancy and also conducting Management Development Program for corporate executives. He has been conducting Management Development Program to various organizations like, Tamilnadu NewsprintLimited, BHEL, NLC, L&T and various other small and medium enterprises. He has offered MDP’s in areas like Finance for non-finance executives, emerging areas in Cost accounting and Project financing, Risk Management, Problem-solving skills, Creativity and Innovation, Personal Finance, etc. He was a Co-Investigator for a UKIERI sponsored project titled Building Management Capabilities in SME’s across the country. He has published papers in International Journals with impact factor and also a Recognized Guide and Examiner and Board of Studies Member under various Universities. His current research includes stock price prediction using data mining techniques, Equity crowdfunding, Performance Management of SMEs.

Dr. Ganesan Kannabiran is a senior Professor of Management at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli with over 25 years of experience. He has served as Head of the Department for several years and Dean of Research & Consultancy at the institute level. He also served as the Director i/c of the institute for a brief period from June- November 2016. His teaching and research areas include Business Analysis & IT Consulting, ICT for Development, Business Analytics, IS offshoring, Knowledge management and Software project management. He has served as visiting faculty to many leading institutions including, Indian Institutes of Management at Kozhikode, Ranchi and Tiruchirappalli. He has spearheaded launch of two new industry-oriented specializations on ‘IT consulting’ and ‘Business Analytics’. He has published/presented about 50 research papers through international journals and conferences. He holds PhD in MIS along with three Masters Degrees- Computer Science & Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), and Mathematics. Dr. Kannabiran received Emerald Indian Management Research Fund Award 2016 for a research on University Business Incubators in India and UK. He also received Best Teacher in Information Technology Management, Bloomberg UTV B-School Excellence Awards and Best Teacher Award from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

Dr. M. Punniyamoorthy joined DOMS, NIT Tiruchirappalli (then REC), in 1987 as a Research Associate on completion of his M. Tech (IIT, Kharagpur) in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. He completed his Ph.D. in Management from the Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. His specific areas of interest in teaching include operations management, project management and costing, applied statistics & data analysis, logistics and supply chain management, operations research & decision sciences and materials management and his research interests include Supply Chain performance, Supplier Selection, Technology Selection, Data Analysis, Performance Measurement and Balanced Scorecard. He teach Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production and Operation Management, Project Management among others.He has taught courses in these areas as visiting professor to several leading management institutes in India including the DOMS IIT-M and has also conducted executive training programmes. He has authored over 67 papers/articles that have been published / presented at national and international journals and conferences and a book on production management for Anna University Distance Learning programme, with his second book on Data Analytics getting ready for publication. Recently, three of his books have been published by Springer. He has also been on the editorial board of several journals and has been a reviewer for many others.

Dr. Thamaraiselvan Natarajan is a Professor in Management with vast academic contribution and academic acumen over two decades. He is a meticulous person possessing 25 years of academic and industrial experience. He is a passionate academician with incessant drive to contribute the best to educational community by discovering innovative pedagogical techniques in the teaching learning process. His area of specialization are Services Marketing, Marketing metrics and Strategy Marketing and his active commitment to research made him to publish more than 50 articles in referred journals. He is an erudite researcher with publications in peer reviewed national and international journals. He has fetched 14 awards from MMA, Bloomberg UTV, ABP and Star News for the department during his tenure as the Head of the Department. He has earned many credentials by conducting a number of workshops and Faculty Development Programmes. He also served as a resource person in training programmes conducted by TREC-STEP and BHELSSIA to his credit. He is an enterprising administrator with leadership skills who use the right blend of responsibility and authority to achieve managerial excellence.

Dr. V.J. Sivakumar is a Professor in Management with more than 25 years of academic and industry work experience. He has served as Head of the Department from 2014 to 2017. His industry experience includes Videocon International Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., and Solidaire India Limited as Marketing Manager. He worked as Program Director in Great Lakes Institute of Management and in Loyola Institute of Administration as Assistant Professor. He completed his doctorate from the Department of Management Studies at Anna University, Chennai in the area of Customer Relationship Management in Banking industry. He completed his M.B.A. and M.Sc. Physics from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. His area of specialization includes Retail Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Management, Brand Management and Services Marketing. During his tenure as Head of the Department he has bagged a number of awards for the department and has also received Best Teacher in Management award from DNA Star News in the year 2018. He also conducts Management Development Programs for industry. His articles are published in more than fifty international journals and has presented papers in several international conferences and is also a reviewer of several international journals.

P.Sridevi obtained her B.E in Electronics and Instrumentation and MBA in Systems Management from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India and awarded doctorate in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in the field of Fuzzy Support Vector Machine. Currently, she is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India with handful of academic experience in Business Analysis & ITC and Business analytics stream. Her field of interest include Quantitative Techniques, Machine Learning, Information Systems, System Analysis and Design. She has published various research papers in reputed International journals, Book Chapters on case studies, presented different working of her research in International and National conferences and also acting as reviewer of many refereed international journals. Dr. Nivethitha S received her Ph.D. (Joint Doctoral Programme) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and the University of Passau, Germany. She is a recipient of DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Fellowship for two consecutive years (2013 & 2014). She has joined NIT Trichy in June 2018 having previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Thiagarajar School of Management and as an Employee Insights Analyst at Airloyal. She was a Visiting Professor at the University of Passau, Germany during May 2018 & November 2016. Her teaching interests are in the domains of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Performance Management, and International Human Resource Management. Her research interests include Employment Relationship, Psychological Contract, Organizational Identification, Employee Turnover Intention, HR analytics, and HR Practices.

Dr. Yamini is a faculty of Operations and Analytics at the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT). Before joining NITT, she worked at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIMT) for three years as a faculty in the Operations Management and Decision Sciences area. Yamini holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. (by research) degree from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM). She is a graduate of the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University Chennai, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. She has also worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions - Chennai. She is a consistent performer with distinction throughout her graduation and has published papers in many reputed international journals. She has also presented her research papers in various leading international conferences of repute and has received several commendable awards. She has done projects for industries and has also undergone internships in industries such as the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Chennai), Rane Brakes & Linings Limited (Chennai) and Integral Coach Factory (Chennai). Dr. Shobitha Poulose is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT). Prior to joining NITT, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in the Centre for Social and Organizational Leadership under the School of Management and Labour Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the School of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology Calicut. Her Ph.D. focuses on the impact of various antecedents and consequences of work-life balance among Law enforcement officers. Her present research considers the developmental aspects of work-life balance together with individual and organizational interventions. Prior to pursuing her doctoral studies, she worked as a Teaching and Research Associate in the OB and HRM area at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Human Resource Management in the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC. She has published papers in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Managerial Psychology, the IIMB review, and the Journal of Management Development. She has presented papers on various academic platforms in India and abroad.

Dr. Janarthanan Balakrishnan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, NIT Trichy. He has over 9 years of experience both in the educational and industrial domain. Possesses sound research knowledge in the area of digital marketing with wide practical learning using various tools and techniques. Major areas of Interest are Online/Digital Marketing, Technology Empowered Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Marketing Research. Key accomplishments include both junior and senior research fellow grants from UGC. He has 22 International Publications and has organized more than 8 workshops related to management and research.
