Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Automation	Rs.7Cr	2021	Till Date	Established with a primary focus on adding advanced laser facilities targeting the automobile, defence and biomedical sectors. Equipped with a twin-laser metal additive manufacturing system, laser shock peening system, femtosecond laser and high-temperature indentation tester.
Siemens Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing	Rs.200Cr	2018	Till Date	Instrumental in developing this Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing, a Rs. 200 Crore project partly supported by Siemens. The Centre comprises 12 ultra-modern laboratories covering design and validation, advanced manufacturing, testing and optimization, automation, electrical and energy savings, process instrumentation, mechatronics, CNC machines, CNC controllers, robotics, rapid prototyping and Internet of Things.
Laser Surface Engineering and Tribology Lab	Rs. 6Cr	2015	Till Date	Houses a 3 kW fiber laser, universal tribometer, pin-on-disc tribometer, roller-on-roller tribometer, inverted pin-on-disc tribometer, scratch tester and optical microscope. The laboratory supports consultancy and research projects and is regularly used by UG/PG students and research scholars.
