The IEEE 2019 International Conference on Microwave Integrated Circuits, Photonics, and Wireless Networks was organized by the faculty members of the ECE department to attract state of the art works of researchers in this area. This event was sponsored by TEQIP III, and co-sponsored by IEEE Madras section, IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, and IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Kerala chapter. The purpose of this conference was to provide a forum for researchers and practicing engineers to present the latest technical developments in broad areas of microwave and RF components, circuits and systems, photonics, wireless networks, and wireless signal processing.
IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society Student Chapter of NIT Tiruchirappalli has organized various invited talks from renowned experts from national and international arena. The topics of the talks range from the working principle of microstrip antenna, engineering electromagnetics, analog beamforming network, substrate integrated waveguide technology for 5G, and antenna system for satellite communications.
