Instrumentation and Control Engineering plays a significant role in the modern industrial world that seeks continuous improvement in its performance leading to the development of new concepts and approaches. This fourth National Conference on Instrumentation and Control (ICECON ’09) provides a forum for researchers as well as engineers in both academics and industry to exchange their original ideas on instrumentation & control applications and concepts, experiences, current developments and future prospects. ICECON ’09 will feature the presentation of contributed & invited papers, workshops, and student project presentation sessions. Eminent speakers from academic institutions, industries and R&D organizations will be delivering thematic lectures.
